Our dynamic, fast-growing team is looking for a hands-on marketer to work on complex, innovative projects. You’ll be the right hand to the Marketing Manager, leading campaigns, events, and other creative projects at Rootcode. What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.

• Analyse performance data in GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager; set goals and analyze performance of social media campaigns

• Write, edit, and proofread website copy, blogs, case studies, social posts, and emails.

• Storyboard and edit videos for employer branding, customer testimonials, and other campaigns.

• Ensure every visual and line of copy stays on-brand and meets our design standards. Assist in designing posters and other marketing collateral.

• Plan and execute webinars, meetups, and conference booths end-to-end, including vendor and logistics management.

• Use AI and MarTech tools to optimize time spent on creative tasks.

• Coordinate with product, engineering, people experience, and leadership teams to run campaigns and refine presentations.

• Research and apply for awards, competitions, and assist in documenting marketing processes.

• Support teams with internal communications and events.

• Collaborate with developers and designers on technical content (blogs, videos) and execute it.

• Initiate new campaigns and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance content quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 2-3 years of full-stack B2B tech/SaaS marketing experience.
  Proven experience running creative campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google

• A portfolio of articles / creative videos would be an advantage

• Familiarity with Figma and video editing software can be a plus

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a creative eye for design

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter
