Rootcode Accelerate interns take center stage by leading and organizing company events, enhancing their leadership and teamwork abilities. This includes internal events as well as volunteering for Rootcode Foundation.

Interns regularly deliver technical presentations to their fellow Rootcode Accelerate interns, fostering knowledge sharing and building presentation expertise. These technical workshops typically cover new areas they learnt on-the-job. This inspires other interns too, to learn something new and present them well.
