What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to identify and document requirements

• Articulate business requirements through well-written technical specifications and documents

• Help design product roadmaps and customer journeys, working closely with UX/UI teams.

• Acting as a liaison between customers, product managers, designers, developers, and QA engineers throughout the lifecycle

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with the organization's information security policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to, data protection, access controls, encryption standards, and secure coding practices, all while adhering to established quality and security management standards

• Identify opportunities where AI/ML can optimize business processes or enhance product offerings.

What we expect

• Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar capacity

• A deeper understanding of building software products

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent command in English, both written and spoken
