We developed a Conversational AI Chatbot for Truentity Health’s RPM platform, designed to streamline interactions between healthcare providers and patient data. This chatbot allows doctors to effortlessly query patient health metrics, such as blood pressure and heart rate, in relation to specific medications. The chatbot not only retrieves the relevant data but also performs necessary calculations, validates the accuracy of the results, and presents them in an easily interpretable format.

To address the challenges of data complexity and ensure reliability, we implemented custom guardrails that restrict the chatbot’s responses to relevant healthcare contexts, preventing irrelevant information from being generated. The solution uses a multi-agent architecture, with different Language Learning Model (LLM) agents handling specific tasks—from handling calculations, summarizing responses to compiling and searching information.

The chatbot is integrated with Truentity Health’s RPM platform, complying with HIPAA regulations by securing patient data through encryption and access controls. The Conversational AI Chatbot reduces doctors' manual workload by automating data analysis, allowing for timely patient care.
