ConverseUp is a product of Rootcode AI. It is an intelligent conversational AI platform that can help users with their inquiries, recommend products, and resolve questions about products and services. This helps businesses reduce customer response time and strain on support staff.

We built an intelligent tool to understand and handle complex conversations. Customers could directly chat with the agent and query about any product, request a demo, and schedule an interview with a member of the sales team without having to wait for another human to reply.
The product’s Conversational engine is trained using deep learning models to learn abstract patterns in conversational paths and detect the user's intention to provide the most suitable response. This allows detection of the type of user interacting with it by analyzing the content of the conversation and tagging the conversation so that the relevant professionals can look into it.
ConverseUp also has an end-to-end embedded retraining pipeline that ensures the AI agent can autonomously learn from its past conversations.
ConverseUp has a human-in-the-loop function that notifies and hands over the conversation to a human if it can’t answer the queries with a high level of confidence. This feature is useful for sales and IT personnel who are in charge of monitoring and improving their ConverseUp instance during the early stages of integration.
