Bleep Med is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company's goal is to merge technology with healthcare services to improve the delivery of medical treatment and healthcare services to patients. The introduction of the telehealth app has made healthcare services more convenient and affordable, offering preventive solutions for patients' healthcare needs.

• Provide a seamless and intuitive user experience for booking doctor consultations and purchasing medicines.
• Streamline the booking process to reduce the time and effort required by patients.

We started with UX research and cultural analysis in the UAE, designing Bleep Med’s doctor booking mobile app. We designed and built the end-to-end solution with the following features.

• Find Doctors: Allows users to find doctors based on gender, experience, service quality, and punctuality.
• Extended Family Bookings: Most families in Middle Eastern countries live as extended families, so we designed a functionality that lets users book for someone else.
• Payment: Users can add multiple payment methods and cancel bookings up to 3 hours before the appointment.
• Live Location Tracking: Users can see the doctor's live location when the doctor starts the journey. We display how long it will take the doctor to travel to the patient's house.
• QR Code Check-In: To confirm the appointment start time, we designed a QR feature, where once the doctor arrives, he/she can scan the QR code on the patient's mobile app and start the session.
• Prescription Management: Prescriptions are sent to nearby pharmacies and users receive a copy.
