Our team enhanced Zivi’s mobile application with a streamlined and technical solution that improved operational efficiency and employee engagement. We built a check-in/check-out system for precise time tracking and introduced a pre-check-in feature that allows washers to indicate their punctuality ahead of a job. This real-time status update allows the system to automatically re-allocate resources, ensuring optimal scheduling and smoother operations.

In parallel, we developed an automated task management module that logs check-in/check-out times, job descriptions, pricing, time spent, and even photos. We also worked alongside the Zivi development team to improve the app's functionality, including a new feature for overall financial tracking.

To further improve the platform, we incorporated Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) surveys to accurately measure employee satisfaction and their willingness to recommend Zivi as an employer. Our engineers collaborated closely with washers to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, reducing downtime and improving overall response times. Additionally, by consolidating these new features into the existing application rather than creating a separate system, we not only streamlined the user experience but also achieved significant time and cost savings, ensuring the maintenance of hosting environments and better app performance.
