We created a cross-platform hybrid mobile app for RentSmart, which is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. This platform allows buyers to easily find their ideal home, and enables sellers to list their properties with immersive walkthroughs. In addition, an advanced machine learning model predicts property prices using a wide variety of public record data, which helps sellers set competitive prices.
