We are excited to announce Mats Hultin's appointment to our Board of Directors. With more than 20 years of executive leadership, Mats’ arrival marks an important milestone in our journey toward continuous global expansion and transformative digital growth.

Mats currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Ericsson—a Swedish multinational networking and telecommunications company with over 100,000 employees with operations in over 180 countries. His work at Ericsson has been key in driving innovation and operational excellence.

Before joining Ericsson, Mats was the CIO at Saab, a leading Swedish aerospace and defense company founded in 1937. Saab designs, manufactures and maintains advanced systems in aeronautics, weapons, command and control, sensors, and underwater systems. At Saab, which employs over 22,000 people, he led several transformational initiatives, including cloud migrations, ERP modernizations, advancements in artificial intelligence, and improvements in cybersecurity. His leadership helped strengthen the company’s role in providing advanced defense and security solutions across Europe and internationally.

In addition to his corporate roles, Mats also brings valuable experience from his four-year service in the Swedish Air Force and five-year role as the European chairman of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe Customer Support Committee. He is a member of several global advisory boards, such as the Gartner Research Board and the IDC Advisory Board.
