Building AI-driven citizen engagement platform for the City of Prague

We are excited to announce our 2nd government partnership in Europe. We are partnering with the City of Prague, Czech Republic, to develop and launch an AI-driven citizen engagement platform. This solution is designed to support City Authorities and help the people of Prague report citywide issues, while also assisting authorities in prioritizing and resolving them more efficiently.

Prague, ranked 15th among the world’s smartest cities in 2024 by the Smart City Index, shows the Czech Republic’s strong stance on digital innovation and AI adoption. The city is taking practical steps in technology and AI governance, and this project will help enhance living standards and set new benchmarks in citizen engagement.

The platform is built to streamline how city-related issues are identified, routed, and addressed. By leveraging AI, it automatically classifies and directs citizen-reported issues to the appropriate department, eliminating the need for lengthy email exchanges. This project is part of CommuniCity, a European Union-funded initiative focused on citizen-centric innovation. We will work closely with the City of Prague’s OICT organization to build this solution.
