We are on the lookout for a driven, curious, and commercially sharp individual who lives for the hunt. You are someone who builds pipelines from scratch, picks up the phone without hesitation, and takes genuine pride in turning a cold contact into a closed deal. Together with the team, you will lead the commercial growth of Skapp — our all-in-one, integrated business operations platform designed to centralize people, projects, and organizational processes — across Sri Lanka and Asia.

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect B2B targets across Sri Lanka and Asia through cold outreach — calls, emails, and social selling.

  • Build and own a qualified sales pipeline from the ground up, with clear forecasting and structured follow-through.

  • Conduct sharp, consultative product demonstrations tailored to HR, operations, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle — prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, closing, and after-sales relationship management.

  • Prepare proposals, commercial quotes, and follow-up plans that move deals forward.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation strategies and campaigns.

  • Conduct market research to continuously refine your sales approach and positioning.

  • Share customer and market insights with the product team to help shape the Skapp roadmap.

What we expect

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or software product sales, ideally within Sri Lanka or Asia.

  • A proven track record in outbound sales — cold calling and cold emailing should be tools you reach for naturally, not reluctantly.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • The ability to deeply understand a software product and articulate its value clearly and compellingly.

  • Experience selling HRIS, project management, workflow, or SaaS solutions is a significant advantage.

  • Consultative selling experience with HR, operations, or leadership buyers is a plus.

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
