What you will do

• Understand project deliverables and clearly define the scope of the project.

• Provide directions to the team and set the right expectations.

• Carry out project duration and effort estimations.

• Strategically plan team structure and staffing needs.

• Schedule activities and tasks and delegate effectively.

• Identify the risks that may occur during the project and take risk-reduction actions.

• Effectively liaise with clients, the team, and other stakeholders.

• Guide and mentor team members.

• Ensure that information security best practices are integrated into project planning, execution and delivery.

What we expect

• Bachelor's /Masters in Management/ Computer Science or a related field

• 2 - 4 years of industry experience in a similar capacity at a software development company

• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

• Experience in working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
