What you will do

• Take ownership of the product and execute necessary initiatives with other teams, such as design and development, to achieve product success.

• Define product strategies and translate them into detailed requirements.

• Gather product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends, and derive actionable outcomes.

• Prioritize and define roadmaps based on all relevant factors, including potential impacts on information security.

• Develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels, coordinating findings with the product team and aligning them with business goals.

• Secure necessary buy-in from relevant stakeholders, including addressing information security concerns as needed.

• Approve and oversee the integration of information security measures throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Rootcodes security policies and objectives.

• Ensure that information security best practices are integrated into project planning, execution and delivery.

What we expect

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software product management, project management, or business analysis

• Holding a Bachelors/Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues

• Experience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/ post-launch execution.

• Experience working with software engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver business-specific value

• Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

• Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love

• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to articulate complex ideas

• Good-to-have - CSPO, ACSPO certification
