Our dynamic, fast-growing team is looking for a Pre-Sales Analyst to drive Rootcode’s global growth through tenders and strategic market analysis. You’ll be the right hand to our business and marketing teams, analyzing tenders, preparing proposals, and supporting pre-sales activities across multiple markets. If you’re proactive, analytical, and driven to expand Rootcode’s footprint, we are looking for you!

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze global government and institutional tenders, identifying opportunities aligned with Rootcode’s strengths.

• Evaluate tender documents and proactively recommend opportunities we should pursue.

• Prepare, structure, and write high-quality proposals in collaboration with technical and business teams.

• Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy and strengthen our positioning.

• Support pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution positioning, and customer presentations.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to align on proposals, campaigns, and Rootcode’s market presence.

• Maintain updated knowledge on procurement processes, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks.

• Assist in documenting pre-sales processes and improving our knowledge base.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, IT, or a related field.

• 24 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, business development or a related role.

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents.

• Proven experience in proposal writing with excellent attention to detail.

• Solid communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, business, and marketing teams.

• Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
