What you will do

• Collaborate with the Employee Experience team to create welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing employee engagement events and activities

• Maintain records and ensure timely completion of tasks

• Provide general administrative support to HRM related tasks

• Adhere to the Rootcodes information security policies and best practices, ensuring that all confidential, personal, and financial data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
