What you will do

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, and build backend services using Node.js

• Lead code quality through reviews, maintain coding standards, and provide technical guidance to junior developers

• Contribute to architectural and design decisions, technical specifications, and system improvements

• Monitor application performance and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency

• Support CI/CD processes, manage mobile app builds and releases, and ensure timely delivery

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver features and communicate technical updates to stakeholders

• Help document technical processes and architectural decisions

What we expect

• Experience: 2+ years in React Native and Node.js (or equivalent demonstrated capability across the full stack)

• Technical foundation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Understanding of native mobile concepts

• Experience managing mobile app builds, releases, and app store processes

• Ability to author technical specifications and estimate deliverables

• Proven ability to guide and inspire team members, drive project success, and maintain accountability

• Excellent communication skills and proven effectiveness in collaborative team environments

• Ability to balance hands-on development with mentoring and technical leadership
