What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from entry to senior levels, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.

• Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and assessments, and deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

• Build strong relationships with universities to support employer branding and early talent initiatives.

• Track key hiring metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes.

• Deliver an outstanding employee experience across the full talent lifecycle from onboarding to development, growth, and offboarding.

• Support learning and development programs, career progression efforts, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with Rootcodes hiring policies, ISO standards, and information security best practices.

What we expect

• A Bachelors degree/ Masters in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 - 4 years of industry experience in a similar capacity in the IT industry.

• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and university collaboration.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
