Lead / Associate Lead - Business Analysis


What we Expect

  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
  • Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts
  • A deeper understanding of building software products
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
  • Excellent command in English, both written and spoken


  • Provide leadership to the BA team in identifying and initiating projects, managing resources, and holding them accountable to get the results
  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems tasks to fulfill business values for the users
  • Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
  • Perform cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions
  • Identify, manage, and establish the scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions
  • Be a driving force for business value within the system and engage and improve the final product outcome
