What you will do

• Drive operational excellence by identifying gaps, improving workflows, and supporting the implementation of scalable processes across teams.

• Coordinate and follow up on team and company-wide OKRs, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and timely updates.

• Support compliance and quality initiatives, including ISO follow-ups, internal audits, and documentation readiness.

• Assist in resource planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilization across teams and projects.

• Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional initiatives, facilitating smooth communication and execution.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and trackers to support leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with leadership, team leads, and internal stakeholders to support the companys operational priorities.

• Uphold Rootcodes information security policies, ensuring all operational data and documentation are handled with confidentiality and care.

What we expect

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or project management within the IT industry.

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from team members to senior leadership.

• Familiarity with standards like ISO and experience supporting audits or compliance initiatives is a plus.
